A dream come true in Galicia
Our adventure began when an entrepreneurial couple from Caracas, Venezuela, decided to share their rich culinary heritage with the world.
We came to Vigo with a clear mission: to introduce authentic Caribbean cooking and make Tostón Bistro a benchmark for honest, handmade food full of energy.
In Galicia, where food is respected and demanding, we committed to no shortcuts: 100% fresh corn dough kneaded every morning, hand-picked green plantain and traditional stews slow-cooked for hours.
